Anne Marie Graham

Hi, I am Anne Marie Graham, a Senior Associate with Agile Executives. An intensely growth- and goal-oriented person, I work with organisations so that they can achieve better results in their business, through focus, engagement, accountability, and a growth mindset. I work with business owners to help them make more impact and grow a successful business but still enjoy a healthy lifestyle and be leaders in their field, without the business success being entirely dependent on them. Trained in Nursing at Beaumont Hospital Dublin, I further achieved an Honours Degree in Health Studies from London’s Royal College of Nursing, as well as a Masters in Occupational Health. I set up The Healthforce Group in 2004, an Occupational Health company that saw me work with a wide variety of sectors both Nationally and Internationally, helping businesses to develop a Health Strategy that maximised the benefits and value of best practice, whilst ensuring optimum adherence to their statutory obligations, and on occasion, included the successful defence of medical legal cases. I acquired Employee Health in 2012, a Corporate Health Screening Company and I successfully sold The Healthforce Group in 2015, following a bid between an Irish Provider and a U.S Provider, leading to the acquisition of my company with Healthwatch. I am a bestselling author, an experienced Coach, Speaker and Trainer and I work with business owners and organisations to enable their people to focus, develop and thrive. I am passionate about helping individuals, groups and companies reach their potential and achieve their personal and professional goals and help business owners get from where they are to where they’d like to be.
